Get ready for action-packed fun! Our Junior Kickboxing classes are designed especially for young champions aged 6 to 10 years. This exciting programme helps children build confidence, discipline, and fitness while learning real kickboxing skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Each session is filled with energetic drills, skill-building games, and kickboxing techniques to keep kids engaged and motivated. Students will work towards earning their kickboxing belts as they complete each programme, celebrating their achievements along the way!

Medium Intensity Skill Based: Monday 7pm & Wednesday 7pm
Unleash your power and build your skills with Kinetic Combat Kickboxing – the ultimate fitness and self-defence programme! This dynamic course will teach you real kickboxing techniques while helping you improve fitness, strength, and coordination. Train twice a week, progressing through a structured belt system from Red to Black.
Every completed programme earns you a recognised belt, celebrating your commitment and achievement: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, and Black.
Whether you're starting your journey or striving for Black Belt excellence, Kinetic Combat Kickboxing will challenge your body and mind. Perfect for beginners and experienced kickboxers alike!

Designed for the more discerning gentleman, this twice-weekly class focuses on boxing fundamentals, fitness, and technique in a friendly, supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to sharpen your skills, build fitness, or simply enjoy the art of boxing, this class delivers a challenging yet accessible workout tailored for men aged 35 and above.
Sessions combine footwork, pad work and bag drills — all aimed at building strength, improving agility, and boosting confidence.
No experience necessary — just a willingness to learn and a love for the sport.

Amanda and Dave are both highly experienced martial artists who are passionate about sharing their skills and helping others achieve their goals through kickboxing. With over 20 years of teaching experience, they have trained hundreds of students, from beginners to black belts, inspiring confidence, fitness, and discipline along the way.
👊 Dave holds an impressive 5th Degree Black Belt, demonstrating not only his mastery of kickboxing but also his deep commitment to the art over many years. His teaching style is energetic, motivational, and tailored to help every student unlock their true potential.
👊 Amanda proudly holds a 4th Degree Black Belt, showcasing her expertise, dedication, and passion for the sport. Amanda brings a supportive and encouraging approach to her teaching, ensuring that students of all ages feel welcome, challenged, and inspired.
